20mm Aluminium Expandable Door
The 20 mm Single Upright Expandable Door unique product features are:
- The only Aluminium Door with a Handle, Designed to meet international standards.
- Rows of flights will vary on a height ratio, and additional rows are available on request.
- The Flights are 3mm thick.
- The Uprights are 2mm thick, 70% more that the proposed steel equivalent.
- Fitted with one lock, either slam or dead lock. Additional locks are available on request.
- All the sides of the barrier are fixed, offering you maximum security.
- To offer you maximum endurance and ease of opening, the doors are fitted with a Strengthened Nylon Bearings on upright, ensuring a smooth uniform slide.
- The Bottom Feet is manufactured 15mm ALUMINIUM Solid Bar offering you protection against corrosion when doors are fitted on the outside. The tubing protrudes approximately 100 mm into the 20mm tubing, and due to the fact that it is round, the intruder cannot cut the bottom leg.
- The colour will match your existing Aluminium structures.
- The Door average upright pitching is 130mm.

- The Aluminium alloy used is the harder 6005 alloy which is a medium strength structural alloy. It is stronger than the standard 6063 alloy used in the Architectural industry.
- Corrosion – Aluminium is highly resistant to most forms of corrosion. The natural coating of Aluminium oxide provides an effective barrier to the elements.
- Powder coated Aluminium provides a highly effective corrosion barrier with an extremely smooth and consistent finish. After a stringent process we have identified a supplier that only provides metal powder coated by SABS and AKZO NOBEL approved applicators. The powders used are the same as the colours used by the Aluminium window and door manufactures ensuring an accurate on-site colour match.
- The ROBO DOOR ALUMINIUM TRELLIS GATE is 30% lighter than the steel gate facilitating a smooth sliding and locking action.
This product offers an 5 YEAR NO BULL / FUSS Break-in REPAIR Guarantee to the original owner of the product, all parts replaced free of charge, or replacing the product pending the extend of `the damage. The onus will vest on the owner to prove that he is the rightful owner of the product.

19 mm Econo Range Single Upright Expandable Door.
The 19 mm Econo Single Upright Expandable Door unique product features are:
This door is similar to the Silver range 19mm single upright door, however has been designed for lower risk areas, more affordable, and offering you the ideal protection.
- The Bottom Feet are manufactured from Solid Nylon, protruding into the 19 mm upright, with low noise levels, and ideal for low risk areas. Nylon is used by a number of other door manufacturers as a standard feature with success.
- It’s the most affordable Expandable Door fixed on all 4 sides offering you maximum protection.

12mm and 19 mm Type Window Fixtures.
The 12mm & 19 mm Type Window Fixtures have similar design feature to that of an expandable door. The only difference is that once it is installed, fixed on 4 sides, you will not be able to open and close the robo, it’s a fixture. It is normally fitted inside the window reveal. You may however select a robo door option pending your requirements. The fixture is just the more affordable option, providing you maximum window protection.

Standard Robo Door Swing Gate.
Swing Gates are the most common conventional type of barrier, and will most probably remain the most used. The Robo Door Swing Gate is manufactured with SABS approved material, custom built to suit a particular opening. We use 25 mm square tube for the outer frame, 25 x 50mm tubing for all horizontal beams, and solid 12mm bars, either twisted or straight. The product is fully welded, and painted with an Exterior Epoxy Powder Coating for internal or external conditions.
This not the typical security barrier one could buy from the shelf, its custom built from superior steel sections for ultimate protection and in most cases installed by our technicians.

Econo Bars For Windows
The Econo Bar is an ideal barrier when you want to protect the intruder from entering the premises through a window. The barrier could be fitted onto any new or old window frame. The product is designed to cover the open sections of the window, or for the entire window.
The cross bars are manufactured from 12mm Square or Round Steel / Aluminium Bars. The side frame uprights and middle bars are manufactured from 22mm square tubing. No welding in the entire process, thus keeping the cost low. The bars are fitted into holes of the side frames, this reduces the possibility of braking the welding, and the bars will roll when you want to cut, therefore making a noise as the window frame will amplify the intruder’s effort.
This is the most affordable product, with ample features, and powder coated to suit your aluminium, steel or wood frames.
